Step 1 Brighter and dry

Brush and floss, then make sure your teeth are completely dry. A dry surface = better gel contact.

Step 2 Apply the gel

Twist the pen until gel appears. Apply a generous layer to the front of your top and bottom teeth

Step 3 Insert, Activate & Accelerate
