How to Use

Use it as a gua sha - lift & sculpt

Flip to the sculpting body and work with intention. Slow, firm strokes along the natural lines of your face.

Jawline. Anchor at the centre of the chin, glide firmly outward toward the ear. Repeat 5–6 times each side.

Cheekbones. From the corner of the mouth, sweep upward and out toward the temple.

Neck. Long downward strokes from jaw to collarbone - always finish here to clear what you've moved.

Five minutes. Works best in the evening when you have a little more time. You'll feel the tension release as you go

Use it as a roller - depuff & drain

Neck first. Always. Start at the collarbone and glide downward to open your lymphatic drainage before you work the face.

Cheeks. Side of the nose, roll outward toward the temple.

Under-eye. Light pressure only - short strokes from inner corner outward.

Forehead. Centre outward, then guide everything down toward the neck.

Three to five minutes. Best done first thing in the morning when puffiness is at its peak.
