Flip to the sculpting body and work with intention. Slow, firm strokes along the natural lines of your face.

Jawline. Anchor at the centre of the chin, glide firmly outward toward the ear. Repeat 5–6 times each side.

Cheekbones. From the corner of the mouth, sweep upward and out toward the temple.

Neck. Long downward strokes from jaw to collarbone - always finish here to clear what you've moved.
