Step 1 Brighter and dry

Brush and floss, then make sure your teeth are completely dry. A dry surface = better gel contact.

Step 2 Apply the gel

Twist the pen until gel appears. Apply a generous layer to the front of your top and bottom teeth.

Step 3 Insert, Activate & Accelerate

Pop in the mouthpiece and hold the button for 3 seconds. The light will switch on to let you know the treatment has started. The LED switches off automatically after 15 minutes. Repeat for up to 30 minutes total.

Step 4 Rinse and you're done!
