Refund policy

We’re committed to providing excellent products and a great customer experience. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help make it right. 

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase, and the order must be returned to our warehouse (address provided by Customer Support). Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please note, refunds are not provided for change of mind.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Reach out to our Customer Support team via email at hello@smilie.com.au
  2. Share your details, including your order number and the reason for your return. 
  3. If you are eligible for a refund, please return your order to the address provided and ensure your order number is on the outside of the packaging. 
  4. Email the support team with the tracking details. 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
