Start by charging your LED device for one hour before your first use. Brush and dry your teeth, then apply the whitening gel to the front of your top and bottom teeth using the precision brush. Apply an even, generous layer by brushing from the top of each tooth downwards.

Next, place the mouthpiece in your mouth and gently close your lips around the device. Press the button to switch it on and whiten for 16–30 minutes. When finished, remove the mouthpiece, spit out any excess saliva, and rinse your mouth with water. Rinse the device with water (or gentle hand soap for a deeper clean), dry, and place back into the holder for storage.

For best results, use once daily for 7 days. After your initial treatment, maintain your smile with a quick touch-up every two weeks or as needed.
