What are the key ingredients in Smilie’s teeth whitening formula?
Smilie's dental-grade ingredients have been specifically selected to ensure maximum results with zero sensitivity. The following key ingredients are included: Propylene Glycol, Glycerol, Water, Hydrogen Peroxide (6%), Carbomer, Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Menthol, Sodium Hydroxide.
How do I use the Smilie teeth whitening kit?
What’s great about Smilie, is it’s super easy to use. When you open your kit, you’ll see a Dual LED device, recharging cable and shade guide. Lift the tray to acess the 3 Gel Whitening Pens. Simply follow the steps below to complete your treatment: Step 1. Remove lid and twist the end of the pen until the gel dispenses (it may take several twists on first use). Step 2. Smile and brush a layer of gel on the top and bottom teeth. Step 3. Power on the LED device by pressing the button until the light turns on and place the device in your mouth (you may need to bite down to hold the device in place.) Step 4. Sit back and relax until the device automatically powers off after 16 minutes. Rinse mouth thoroughly and reveal you whiter, brighter smile! Repeat for 6 consecutive days to see brilliant results! How long will it take to see results?
You’ll see a noticeable difference in the colour of your teeth after the first application. For best results, we recommend repeating the treatment over 6 consecutive days and up to 14 days to achieve the ultimate whitening result. Will using Smilie’s teeth whitening formula cause sensitivity?
The 6 per cent hydrogen peroxide formula is a gel which also contains desensitisers and soothers. This means it reduces sensitivity and works to strengthen enamel – as well as leaving teeth bright and white, making it ideal for those who have sensitive teeth yet still want professional results.
Can Smilie be used with veneers, caps, implants, bridges, dentures or bonded teeth?
Smilie is safe to be used with veneers, caps, implants, bonding, dentures or bridges. However, as our whitening formula works to oxidise stains from natural teeth it will not whiten your restorations. You may find using Smilie helpful at keeping your surrounding natural teeth the same shade as the ones that have had dental work. How long will my order take to arrive?
The shipping estimates below will give you an idea of when you should expect your Smilie order to arrive.
Australian Domestic: Typically 2-4 business days for standard shipping and 1-2 business days for express shipping.
New Zealand: Typically 4-7 business days for standard shipping and 2-5 business days for express shipping.
All other international customers: Typically 10-14 business days.

How do I track my Smilie order?
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email contaning your tracking number. Can I cancel my order?
Our warehouse team are super speedy, so if you want to change your order please email hello@smilie.com.au with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes we do! Afterpay is available to our Australian, New Zealand customers. With Afterpay you can pay for your order interest-free and nothing to pay upfront. Payments will be automatically deducted from your debit or credit card in four equal payments each fortnight over 8 weeks and you will receive your order immediately. To select Afterpay, simply select Afterpay at checkout and you will be redirected to their site to confirm your purchase. After this, you will automatically return to our site and your order will be processed. Please be patient when you get redirected back and do not refresh the page until the order has gone through successfully.
